Apple dessert

dice 1 apple, toss with cinnamon sugar, then place a handful of the mixture onto a triangle of crescent roll dough. Roll up and pinch to seal. Sprinkle with addt'l cinnamon sugar and bake till golden brown (about 10 mins).
